Under The Mekong

-The Mekong exhibit encompasses a vast system of tributaries that stretches from the Tibetan plateau and across 5 countries – China, Burma, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia –before spilling into the Mekong Delta in Vietnam.

A tour the Exhibit takes us under the surface of this magnificent waterway, so visitors can begin to appreciate the importance of the seventh longest river in Asia. Observe, discover, consider, and ultimately understand the cultural and environmental background of the Mekong. Ask questions and find answers as you navigate through the underwater tunnel that extends for over 66.5 meters.
